Oza Enwonode

Oza is a director at Goldwyns and currently heads the Legal and Corporate Services Group in the Firm.  

Oza’s career spans a decade of comprehensive legal advisory experience encompassing dispute resolution, corporate law practice and general legal advisory. Throughout his career, he has worked with several law firms, honing his expertise in corporate practice. His specialties include Corporate Governance Advisory, Regulatory and Commercial Compliance.

Prior to joining Goldwyns, Oza worked as the associate counsel at various legal practice firms where he supported clients in designing corporate governance structures and architecture and provided various legal insights to businesses and operations of clients.

Oza’s strategic insights have been instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes and ensuring clients’ adherence to regulatory frameworks. With a keen understanding of the nuances of corporate governance and risk management, he provides expertise in helping clients mitigate legal and regulatory risks while optimizing operational efficiency.
